Today, apparently, an adoptive parent came to the Ministry of Interior (MOI) and offered a financial bribe to the director in return to get his adopted child's file out of MOI.
The director blew up and was furious that this adoptive parent had the nerve to offer him a financial bribe!
As of today, no adoptive parents are permitted to come into the MOI, Political Affairs Office.
