Madam Beaudin who used to be the director of IBESR (she used to sign off on adoption authorizations) has been nominated to be the new Minister of Social Affairs.
She is a good lady who has ensured the IBESR works smoother than in prior years and is working for the best interest for Haiti's children. She has promised that should she obtain the promotion that she will ensure that somebody decent will become the new director of IBESR.
Congratulations Madam Beaudin on your nomination!

so is she still the director? i was told that she is no longer the director. any idea of when a new one will be appointed, and how long it will take to get files moving agian?
Praise the Lord, It appears that the Haitian offices will be operating much better than before. Gassant being removed was an answer to prayer! God is Good, he is Faithful and Just! AMEN!
Is it true that no files will enter or exit IBESR until a new director is appointed? Further, that all the files currently IN there will have to be re-reviewed once there is a new director? Any idea how long it might take to replace her? Thank you!
Fantastic. Thanks for the updates, Vera.
