Today, 50 IBESR dossiers with prospective adoptive families who have biological children were released from the Presidential Office with the "Presidential Waivers".
The dossiers were listed in "Le Moniteur" newspaper.

I cannot find it online, so it might only be printed in the actual printed edition. If some of the French families can search this link, maybe you can find the list.
